Problem
This organization is owned by a professional services firm focused on scaling small businesses through the continuous improvement of Human Resources and People Operations. For their clients, they found 69% of employees are more likely to stay with a company if they experienced great onboarding. The company has an amazing reputation, amazing case studies, but looked to expand their product offering to keep pace with emerging technologies. They needed a low cost, iterative approach to building a platform that served customer needs, but had a feature that set them apart in the market.
Solution
Using an Agile approach, developed a business model, go to market approach, launched lean operations, designed and built a demo platform that resulted in securing angel investment and increased valuation of the company. The platform builds onboarding confidence from day one as a one stop shop for people operations providing an intuitive, easy to use, and scalable solution that establishes culture from day one. For companies who don't have an extensive People Operations function, feedback has shown indicators of reducing leader overwhelm, alignment of processes to company culture, and clarity around hiring/onboarding.
