Facilitated value stream workshop to identify triggers to cash process, understand development value streams for Risk Management and Security organization including design, development, delivery, and cyber security. Together, we launched a collaboration tool rollout across program/team structure that increased leadership visibility and improved ways of working. The result was cost savings from reduction of incident response time by 12 days as well as 55% improved time to market in complex product delivery.
