Shayna is a founder, product manager, and Agile coach. A product development expert, Shayna Atkins has managed and coached multi-million dollar IT transformations for over a decade. The brains of Agile operations, she most recently stood up multiple Agile Release Trains and a portfolio in IT Operations for a multinational energy company.
Shayna and her team are known to be resilient when faced with complexity. In addition to her passion for product innovation, Shayna is dedicated to leaving a seat at the table for women in technology. She can likely give you a brunch recommendation in any major metropolitan area.
